Palermo Village Managers and Staff would like to thank our resident family members for sending us these notes of appreciation for all that we are doing for their parents during the difficult time that we are all facing. We do what we do because we love our residents and want to ensure that they are safe, healthy, well taken care of and most of all happy. These notes of appreciation are the icing on the cake, but nothing beat’s the joy of seeing our residents smiles each day and knowing we are a part of what makes them happy.
